  • Why do I need a property investment coach to help me buy my property?
Having a coach guide you through the purchase can help you avoid pitfalls that can cost you money, time and frustration. We bring all of the different services together so that we can do the hard yards for you while keeping you in the loop along the way. A coach will set you on the right path and help you along every step of the way.
  • How much of a deposit do I need to buy a property?
It will depend on the price of the property. The properties we sell range from $300,000 to $1.5m. A deposit of 5% will be required with a few additional costs such as Stamp Duty, Lenders Mortgage Insurance and a conveyancer’s fee. On a $500,000 home, this will total $25,000 assuming that stamp duty does not have to be paid (first home buyer exemption).
  • What if I don’t have a cash deposit?
A deposit does not necessarily have to be in cash. It can be equity acquired from your own home or from your parents.
  • Why is it more beneficial to build a new home?
There are advantages in building a new property: - A reduction in stamp duty - The tax benefits are greater than buying an established property - The builder offers a 12-month warranty - A new property will have low maintenance costs - New properties are likely to attract more tenants and lead to higher yields
