For first home buyers we have knowledge of the following schemes:
- First Home Owners Grant: $15,000 for building a new home
- First Home Loan Deposit Scheme - avoid paying LMI with a deposit between 5% and 20%
- Stamp duty exemptions up to $30,000 for homes priced under $650,000

A coach will set you on the right path and help you along every step of the way.
It will depend on the price of the property. The properties we sell range from $300,000 to $1.5m. A deposit of 5% will be required with a few additional costs such as Stamp Duty, Lenders Mortgage Insurance and a conveyancer’s fee. On a $500,000 home, this will total $25,000 assuming that stamp duty does not have to be paid (first home buyer exemption).
There are advantages in building a new property:

- The builder offers a 12-month warranty
- A new property will have low maintenance costs
